Privacy and cookie policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Solidental Sp. z o.o., ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000863053, NIP 5252838484, REGON 387233371, share capital PLN 5,000.00.

2. Data that may be processed

Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

• identification and contact details provided by email or during a telephone call;
• the content of correspondence and other information voluntarily provided by you;
• technical data connected with use of the website, such as IP address, date and time of a request, requested URL, browser type or error information, where such data is recorded in server or security logs.

The website does not provide a form for sending medical records. Please do not send health information to the general office email address unless it is necessary for the matter you are asking us to handle.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and handling correspondence — our legitimate interest in managing communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); where the communication concerns steps taken before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
• Operation, security and technical diagnostics of the website — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims and complying with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(f) or Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, as applicable.
• Optional display of Google Maps — the map is loaded only after consent. Where personal data is processed as a result of activating the service, Solidental relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; relevant Polish electronic communications rules also apply to storage of or access to information on the user’s device.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted or disclosed to service providers supporting Solidental with IT infrastructure, hosting, email, security and legal services, only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where required by law.

5. External services, cookies and similar technologies

Website privacy preference

The website stores a local browser preference named solidental_privacy_v1. Its sole purpose is to remember your choice concerning external content. You can change that choice at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer.

Google Maps

Google Maps is not loaded automatically on the home page. After you give consent, the browser connects to Google Maps and Google may use cookies, browser storage or other identifiers in accordance with its own privacy policy. More information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.

Fonts and visual resources

The main website uses Google Fonts and Font Awesome resources delivered from external servers. When these resources are requested, the providers may receive standard technical connection data, such as IP address and browser information. Solidental does not use these resources for its own user profiling.

The current version of the website prepared by us does not include our own analytics tools, advertising tools or marketing pixels.

6. Retention periods

Correspondence data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the matter and, where justified, for the period needed to protect legal claims or comply with legal obligations. Technical data and logs are retained for a period justified by security, diagnostics and the infrastructure provider’s rules. The privacy preference remains in your browser until you change it or delete the website data.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Using international service providers may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, providers use transfer mechanisms applicable under Chapter V GDPR as appropriate to the relevant transfer. Further details are available in the privacy policies of the respective providers.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, receive portable data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The Polish supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

10. Automated decisions and profiling

On the public solidental.pl website, Solidental does not make decisions about users solely by automated means and does not carry out its own marketing profiling.

11. Links to other websites

The website contains links to external services, including Stomatologia Chrobrego, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps. Once you visit an external website, the privacy rules of its operator apply.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, organisational or technical changes. The current version is published at this address together with the date of the latest update.
